This app is dangerous as hell lately. The male side is extremely predatory and there’s more than enough stories of people being sexually abused and their abusers still being kept on this site. The women side is full of pathetic little cretins begging for followers or onlyfans subs. It is, as a literal fact, 94% people posting their links now. They lie and steal your money too, they’ll drop dozens of fake likes and when you try the paid option they vanish. Imagine an app owned by a women trying to be different and safer and all this capitalist tramp cares about is money. Doesn’t kick rapists, fake profiles, pedophile bait, hundreds of underage girls, hundreds of women lying about their age. Absolutely disgusting. This pos company matches me with my dream woman, So I close my account, REPEATEDLY! Still keeps popping open. Get a call from my dream girl who tells me I’m a liar and cheater and I’m still on this site. They are so sued!!! They ruined my life and took everything from me. This site is filled with false profiles, scammers and hackers. It is my opinion and feeling that It is aware of what is going on and may be involved themselves. IS ANYONE INVESTIGATING THIS SITE???

My account was hacked twice in one month. I was told by Flor (customer service rep) that the counts not provide me any information on how this happened. I was kept holding for a supervisor named Rickley who never took my call. I don’t feel my concerns were met and it is unsettling to thinks someone could have access to your account.

Okay so I decided to bite the bullet and pay for a dating site. Grant it I didn’t do much research. I heard about this website on a television ad. So I signed up. I’ve been on about a month now and even though I’ve written guys they have never replied. Even when it says they are active. So I’m thinking its just a fake app that took my money and now they are laughing at me. I’ve only had one person say they are not interested and have received a couple of smiles. But when I replied… nothing. So hopefully my comments will save someone $150. Don’t sign up.

I was sincere and heartbroken when I signed up on this site. My husband had died a year ago and I was lonely. I really was scammed. It is ridiculous how they feature nice looking and educated people they cut out of a magazine. There is NO WAY to contact the principals. I spoke with some nice desperate, sad men who did not deserve to be tricked.

Load of rubbish – don’t bother. They give you no notice the free period is about to expire – debit your account and even if you cancel same day they lock you in for a further 6 months. Scam artists

I joined a while ago but wasn’t on there very often, but decided to login and check things out, I couldn’t login so I asked for a email with password reset, I never got it so I contacted the help page, I got an email saying sorry for your login issues we have manually sent you a password reset , I never got it glad I’m not wasting my money paying to be a part of this money grabber online website, which looks like because I’m not paying they don’t want me on there, fairly annoyed right now with the mediocre help I’ve received all I can say is don’t waste your time or money.

They try to get extra money for what other sites include in the basic package. Your preferences for potential partners are ignored unless you pay more. You do not know if your messages have been opened unless you pay. Avoid at all costs.

If I could give this app zeros stars I would. I paid $24.99 for a one month boost 4 days ago. Woke up this morning and my subscription has ended already. Now I have to see about getting my damn money back. I find this to be horrible especially since the dating scene has been difficult because of covid and money is tighter also because of covid.

Does anyone know how you complain to this site higher senior management?? There are continuously taking money from my account on random occasions without my authorisation using my bank details stored. I have to continuously remove them. I have made several complaints where I receive random replies from random staff no one senior. The issue is completely disregarded. My bank has stated this fraud. It is extremely concerning that a company like this allow such fraudulent activity from staff with no moral compass. Please all be aware!!

Fairly easy to navigate and reasonably priced and great choice of potential male partners, found most of them quite nice but do be careful as some are quite out there and only looking for a quick screw!

Blocked me on facebook and customer service refuses to even answer me now. Filled with fake profiles to “like you” so you will sign up and never hear from them.

I canceled my subscription after 9 days. YourLatinMates.com wouldn’t let me cancel subscription even after I met someone and canceled my subscription. Three days after trying to cancel my subscription YourLatinMates.com took another payment without my authorization and it wasn’t even time to renew my subscription. There’s no way to contact anyone to file a complaint so I had to cancel my credit card so they wouldn’t steal anymore of my money.

Do not use YourLatinMates.com site. I have filed a complaint with their legal department – I was a member for close to a year, Then someone took over my account. I started to get phone calls from a stranger. For a single woman, that can be quite scary. I went to my YourLatinMates.com site and my sign in did not work

Do not waste your money on YourLatinMates.com. Its absolutely crap. I better find a decent woman elsewhere, this website is just grabbing your money, destroying lives and what ever else they are doing. Preying on others, shame on you.
