As my family and I were watching Hulu, the most disgusting commercial came on from this site and completely terrified my 5 and 6 year old children! I am extremely disappointed in site for even advertising something so horrific! Really satan with a site?! I have recommended time after time…NEVER AGAIN!

Do NOT waste your time or money on this site. Let’s forget about the fact that most of the people on here are mouth breathers who are in desperate need of a bath. 2/3’s of the Top Picks on the site are NON-SUBSCRIBERS. If you are a subscriber and message a non subscriber they won’t receive your message unless they rejoined or YOU PAY FOR THEM to read it. Stupid. I wasn’t happy with their unethical business practices and so I not only canceled my subscription, but I also got a FULL REFUND. I’m sure most people don’t think it’s possible. Get your $ money back.

This company I thought was legit is full of scammers. I contacted my bank & got a full refund, no questions asked. My bank knows they are a scam. Fake profiles & people who are dead still on their website, what a joke. Thanks for my money back for your fraudulent website.

On numerous occasions I have not been able to send messages. I click on the icon but message doesn’t send. I have emailed the company to report but have never received a satisfactory answer as the problem still exists. I have called but I apparently get put on hold as music just plays and plays and plays! No one ever answers and my problem never gets corrected. I won’t waste my money again. Starting my 4th month and no correction to the problem.

This site really was a huge waste of money. Despite setting up my profile as wanting only local, I only received potential matches from people far away. I constantly was getting a notice to beware they were investigating someone who contacted me as suspicious. It seemed most people on the site were not actually real. The few people I interacted with had the same experience. This site was a HUGE waste of my money and time. Do not waste your time!

I have been on this site for a few months, and haven’t once seen a profile that matches my preferences, ethnicity, or distance. Seems they just roll the dice and throw in random people from wherever. This company needs to be reported. I will be looking into contacting news stations, so they can do some investigating reporting.

This company is like a leech, they will never let go of you, despite requests it is impossible and they will not respect your privacy, Stay away from them.

Really bad website u pay for 6 months but after a month I stopped receiving the service I paid for -I can prove this as someone who I started communicating via WhatsApp screenshot and sent me the messages he had sent via this site but which I never received!

Worst dating site I’ve ever. Prey on vulnerability, spam you to subscribe Min 3 mths, outrageous cost No site phone or email, 3 day cooling off is hidden, then 1 message no refund Not paid in anyway even if all the matching questions and multiple matches make you think otherwise.

It is a scam site, once you pay it is almost impossible to cancel subscription. I’ve tried to talk with call center, they always disconect the call.

Awful app. Horrible experience. After using the app for two days (and not sending any messages or even matching with anyone) I received a message to say I was permanently blocked due to my ‘behaviour’. I cannot possibly imagine how I could have violated guidelines without actually communicating with anyone. I’m a respectable 45 year-old woman, so perhaps this site thinks I’m expendable. However, I found the whole experience rude and upsetting. It’s shocking that they claim to be founded on principles of ‘respect’ when they can treat people so badly.

So disappointed and think this is a fix. I joined this site about 1 month ago – did not subscribe, got lots of emails telling me how lucky I was and what a huge amount of interest I had! Guys were viewing my profile, every day for 3 weeks it told me I had at least 8 visitors. So I spent just over £32 for a months subscription. Four days, not one view on my profile!! Very disappointed! I wish I’d read the reviews here and saved myself some dosh. Thanks for nothing!!!

I took out a 3 month subscription and after two turned off auto renew. They cancelled my last month but didn’t refund any money. This is a total rip off. I complained to Apple who were no help at all even though they are the agent.

If the TV ad appearing lately is in any way representative of the activity encouraged by yourtravelmates, anybody in their right mind would not open their identity up to this website.

I like the app, ive seen some girls i would love to date but i cant and you wanna know why, because you have to pay for it. Wanna message someone, have to pay for it wanna see their profile, have to pay for it. When you have to subscribe for love in order to just talk to them, then its a problem. Im sorry but that is how I feel about it.
